Tuition Assistance Application

For information about Tuition and affordability, please contact the Director of Admissions, Kim Maloney, [email protected]

Financial assistance is available to five-day students based on family financial need. Admissions decisions are not influenced by financial need. All financial assistance information is confidential, and the identities of applicants and recipients are known only to the Head of School.

West Hill School utilizes FAST from Independent School Management (ISM) to manage financial aid applications.

FAST offers our school a need-based financial analysis, enabling us to allocate our resources wisely and fairly. All information from FAST concerning a family’s request for financial assistance remains confidential.

To be eligible for Tuition Assistance, you must submit your online application and all required supporting documents during the application process. Tuition Assistance grants are awarded for one year only; therefore, you must reapply each year.

The FAST application for financial assistance will be available in October at apply.ismfast.com. FAST provides online email support and a 24/7 helpline.

The FAST application fee will increase to $60 for the 2025-2026 application season.
